We hire full time employees (W-2)

  Field work, on site Safety Coordinators, rotational (14/14 type of rotations) and variable.

  Drilling/Work over and Construction in the oil and gas industry

  Hourly range per hour DOE, 12 hours per day minimum plus additional hours worked.

  Overtime is acquired daily (M-F over 8, Sat/Sun all OT)

  Yearly appraisals for potential pay increases

  For Gulf of Mexico, mileage paid from Lafayette to the crew change round trip, .55 per mile

  Land based work, if needed, a per diem (varies by contract) and lodging, is provided
