HISTORICAL TIMELINE

1993 - 

Moreno & Associates (M&A) provides consulting services to a large worker's compensation company to improve the safety performance of high-risk policy holders.

This same year, M&A is chosen by a major oil and gas company to create and implement Behavior Based Safety Processes for their premier deep water projects.

1995 -

Began providing Paramedic services to customers in the Gulf of Mexico.

1996 -

Introduced cross-trained Paramedic/Safety Technicians to our service line.

2001 - 

Launch of OQSG, offering one of the first computer based training programs for DOT pipeline safety compliance.

2006 -

Industrial Solutions Group (ISG) is formed with the addition of a new division, Industrial Safety Solutions (ISS).

2008 -

OQSG launches OQV5, to improve web-based compliance training to their customers. They also introduced Emprowise to their product line.

2009 -

ISG becomes a stand alone company with Ray Flores as Owner and President, creating more autonomy in setting the direction of ISG with a renewed focus on our specific business lines. 

2010 -

Provided support during the vast clean up effort on the Gulf Coast supplying personnel and expertise.

2011 -

Honored with the Supplier of the Year Award by the Louisiana Minority Supplier Development Council.

2012 -

ISS provides the first Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Hybrid course in the state of Louisiana, providing skill stations with unique scenarios and realistic obstacles/barriers faced by remote medical personnel.

2013 - 

ISS develops a state of the art training facility in Lafayette, LA to assure the best training possible for ISS employees. 

2017 -

ISS begins to provide services in the Permian Basin an establishes an office in Midland, TX.

2018 -

The home office is moved to Youngsville, LA.

2020 - 

In response to COVID-19 trauma, ISS establishes ISSR. ISS-Recovery provides services to churches, schools, and other community establishments to combat the pandemic.

2021 - 

ISS responds to the Texas Freeze of 2021 by donating goods and services to ensure the speedy recovery of Texas citizens and their communities.
