Ray Flores
Founder and President
Ray Flores, CEO of Industrial Solutions Group, LLC has 39 Years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 14 years in field operations and 25 years designing and implementing Safety Management Processes. Ray has executive level (President CEO) participation building several companies in a broad spectrum including, Safety Management, Engineering (Mechanical Integrity), and OQ services to the Pipeline Industry OQSG. When Ray is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He has an appeal for the arts, supporting local Arts related causes. Ray’s devotion to the industry, his company, and his employees is an asset to the success of his business.
Terry Majors
Vice President
Terry is integral to the success of Industrial Safety Solutions (ISS) due to his role in both an operational capacity as well as business development. Over the eleven years with ISS, he has progressed from field operations to currently serving as the Vice President responsible for growth and development and ensuring customer satisfaction. His gift at exceeding customer expectations results from the time spent understanding customer needs as well as industry trends. He loves spending time with family and overseeing his farm. He is also a devoted volunteer for a local mission that feeds the disadvantaged in need.
Jonas "JJ" Johnnie
Operations Manager
JJ guides field HSE personnel on Drilling and Completions projects, construction, and specialized projects. As Operations Manager he presents vast field knowledge, technical knowledge, and safety management capabilities and consulting in various HSE capacities.
Jenifer Schiller
Corporate Controler
With 39 years in the Accounting Business, Jenifer leads the Accounting team. She is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies.
Misty Ellison
Marketing Specialist
Just another papercut survivor that thinks normal is boring. Misty is a creative Cajun that loves ISS and marketing the business to the industries served. Her marketing experience spans over 16 years and promoting safety is her specialty.
Chris Lafleur
Administrative Director
While working as a Human Resources Manager for ISS, Chris has acquired certifications of PHR and SHRM-CP. This validated his working knowledge of HR practices and has made him an invaluable asset for the company.
Suzanne Tastet
Accounting Assistant
Having 12 years of essential experience in accounting and finance, Suzanne works in the accounting department assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
Jeremy Broussard
Business Development Manager
Jeremy has been in the oil and gas industry for 15 years and began his career with ISS in 2019. In doing so, he has brought a wealth of experience to the ISS team involving fire and safety, aids to navigation, and supply and logistics management. One of the things he enjoys about working for ISS is the ability to work in a team environment.
